Meeting was called to order by Jim Biggs at 1300 hrs
 
Roll call circulated, Present: Jim Biggs, Danny Gosse. Jim Howard
                                             
Agenda was accepted as presented, Moved, Seconded & Carried

Presidents Report was given by President Jim Biggs in conjunction with the Membership Report. A good return on renewals of existing members, but of the 710 AFP listed on the roster only 52 are paid up members.   We have acquired new Association decals if any paid up members would like one just contact one of the directors.

Finance report,
 Danny Gosse gave the state of the organizations finances We have a balance of $ 8144.00. Moved, seconded & Carried

New business:
Jim Biggsto remove Paypal from the Kit Shop as a form of payment,
Address for Kit Shop orders to be Danny Gosse (snail mail address)

Reminder to send in your photos from the old days, course & others.  We are hoping to have a reunion in 2011 some where on the East Coast.
Moved, Seconded & Carried the meeting be adjourned @ 1405 hrs
